Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. The representative went on her lunch at 12:30 even though I had a 1:00 reservation for pick up she didn't return until almost 2:00p.m from what was suppose to be an hour lunch. The next disappointment was that the compact car I had previously reserved was no longer available therefore I could only get a mini van. I would never ever recommended them to anyone.

My experience was terrible. I reserved a sports car on July 18 2017. The reservation was August 4-7 2017. I spoke to a young lady on the phone and she informed me that they would have a white Dodge Charger with the Hemi engine ready for me on the August 4 2017. When I go to pick the vehicle up to go out of town they did not have the vehicle. They actually had no vehicle for me to rent at that location. The lady behind the desk did not seem concerned about not having a car for me. She tells me that Hinesville GA has a Nissan Maxima that I could rent. So I drive to Hinesville GA. When I get there I am informed that the vehicle has a bad tire and I would have to wait for them to get a new tire which would take a few hours. I did not have a few hours to wait. The rep in Hinesville offers me a Nissan Altima to take on my trip. Really with no other options I took the Altima. Once again my first experience with this company was horrible.
The lady that worked with me was very friendly. They have good prices and don't put you through a lot of hassle. I have rented from them twice, my first time being last minute and they were able to accommodate me in a short time frame. O yeah you get unlimited miles.

Used this company two times previously. Called them last wk. Ansel up a rental for this weekend. They even called me back and confirmed the rental. They called me the evening before I was to pick up the vehicle and advised told me they didn't have a vehicle available. SMDH. POOR SERVICE.
