The most wonderful staff. Great experience. So very, very easy
The lines were long that morning but the clerk behind the counter greeted each new renter as her first of the day! She even pulled a joke on us by the time we got to her, saying there were no more cars available- where we all burst out laughing! She was quick and through, explaining in perfect details what each cost entailed. It was pricey for me, but I wanted full coverage and that was my choice. The pre-paid tank was going for almost twenty cents more than where we were staying, but I like that peace of mind option. We rented a Mazda 3 which was fun and comfortable to drive. It cost a few dollars more than a standard Ford, which was unfortunate, but it is sportier. The pick up and drop process was easy at Savannah Airport, the parking garage is right at the airport, no shuttle buses to deal with! The attendant was right there at drop-off and since we had paid for both the full coverage and full tank or check in was a breeze. We had a lot of stuff in the car since we were picnicking a lot and they said they would empty out the stuff at the large dumpster instead of our having to put it in the nearby cans- so that was helpful! My overall experience was very positive and I would use them again and would recommend their services to anyone. I only have to say that they need to get more sales agents behind the counter. If they know the flight coming in has so many people renting cars they should make sure that they have the staff to cover the influx. The wait was too long and could have been shortened with more staff. It was almost a very bad experience for me, except for the pleasant and professional clerk I worked with. Trying to cut back on payroll should not negatively affect the customer or employee and that's why I'm giving only 3 Stars. A lot of folks besides myself had a very long wait for already reserved cars.
We have been in line for 90 mins already. In Savannah there are only two agents. Although the agents appear to be very nice, the wait is heartbreaking. One is working exclusively with fast break customers. This is awful. We will not be using this rental company again.
Very happy with the level of service and value. Extremely courteous staff and I was in my car within 10 minutes of arriving at the counter. Also, I took advantage of upgrade vehicle offered. Had I booked that vehicle outright it would have cost me an additional $150. So I have extremely with the rental it was a great value deal.
An unbelievable staff at the counter and at returns. I could not believe how wonderful of an experience this was (and I usually dread the car rental counter). The people here may have made me a permanent Budget customer.
