Customer service is great but the car I was given was not one that I feel was not up to Enterprise standards even though I was given another one 2 days later but the initial car the seats were very dirty. Also, whenever I return a vehicle the price is always different from the one I was previously given when I call in to check. For instance the last vehicle I rented I called in to confirm the return fee and it was said to be 499 but when I returned it the total price was $686. I know it was a couple of days past but I don’t believe the difference was almost $200.00. This is not the only time this has happened to me and not just at this location. I hate to complain because Enterprise is a great company. Thank you.
I recently rented a car for a long weekend trip and I am very please with the vehicle I drove. It was reliable and handled very well. The staff at Enterprise Savannah was very efficient and made the transaction comfortable. Thank you enterprise. Oh, and the cost very reasonable.
The staff at Enterprise couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The car I rented - a Chevrolet Malibu - was clean, comfortable, and affordable.
