This was the worst experience ever in moving. The "manager" very unprofessional. Has a very nochalant attitude, tells you he they wont help you move your stuff all while chewing on a grip tie and showing his crack. They're units leak water and mangement just says "I can cork it and give u plastic to out over your things. Then once corporate is called I was then offered another unit with one free month rental. I paid a moving company to put my stuff in there only to have to pay to use one of their pickup truck to move my stuff to another storage unit on their property. After arguing with management he says its irrevalvent and it doesn't matter cause my name iant on the contract. However its my stuff and my money that is paying. To put the icing on the cake they wanted to charge me $150.00 to put stuff in the trash..I would not give this company 1star but you have to rate something...never will I rent here again. Defitinetly take your business elsewhere. I wish I could post the pictures so that people will know what they are dealing with when they come to this location.
My wife and I have used this uhaul place twice now, everyone is so friendly! I made a huge mistake reserving the wrong uhaul, and Alex helped me with no problems. Amazing employee!
Best experience in U-Haul, great staff, even helpful, I came in with wrong equipment needed for my needs reserved but they fixed it in a snap and they quickly got me on the way.
Arrived at 10 am for a tow package to be installed with an estimated time of two hours. FOUR hours later, I’m still waiting. They haven’t updated me on anything. I had to go ask for updates. They were nice enough but taking TWICE as long as projected?!? Yes, I had an appointment, for what that was worth. UPDATE: It’s now OVER 4 hours later and they’re sending someone to help get the job done, not because they’re concerned, but because I went to ask (once again) how much longer it will take. Guess I need to write uhaul and let them know how awful their service is. Another update...the guy doing the job FINALLY came to talk to me and said it’d be at least another hour. I simply cannot believe this. I told him someone told me it’d be 20 minutes over an hour ago. Can I say this is ridiculous? And if I could give negative stars, I would.
Of course, U-Haul's always been there for me throughout the years for trailer and truck rentals, but yesterday went above and beyond with what should have been a routine hitch installation made tricky due to a tweaked frame from a previous fender bender. Thanks for making it work, Will.
