BEWARE OF PACK and LOAD SERVICES - a company recommended by POD. I arranged for POD loading one month in advance, from PACK and LOAD SERVICES, the company deducted payment 4 days prior from my credit card with a confirmed time arrival from between 8-10 am. At 9:45 am, I contacted PACK and LOAD SERVICES only to learn that the packers would be delayed until 11-12:00, I then received a phone call that I should expect packers no later than 2:00 pm. I called multiple times, was put on hold, did not receive any calls to inform me of status etc. At 3:30PM, I contacted PACK and LOAD SERVICES and informed them, I wanted my money reimbursed and did not require their services. At 4:30PM, 2 men showed up - and informed me that they were not contacted to pack our POD from PACK and LOAD SERVICES at 2:00 PM and drove 2 hours from Charleston to Savannah, GA - when they arrived we turned them away - given they were 8.5 hours late. The smoke and mirrors that this company put me through was beyond acceptable. They were argumentative and non-supportive. I requested reimbursement from my credit card payment and was informed that Billing would take care of this in 2-4 business days. Because I was told multiple stories from this company, I contacted my credit card directly to block payment. This company should not be promoted by POD and anyone who considers using them - BEWARE!!!! Moving 3,000 miles away is enough stress, but having packers who show up 8.5 hours later - with pending rain to load my home into a POD - was more than stressful.
Phillip Connelly with Savannah POD has been a huge help to us in a terrible time of our home flooding during Hurricane Irma. If only everyone we dealt with was this helpful. Thank you for making this a little more easy. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. Thank you Phillip and Savannah POD for best customer service ever!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Never use PODS a real butt suck company. They stole all my belongings kept charging my account even after I begged them to stop and put this bull on my credit report. They will leave you on hold transfer you 10x's then hang up on you. Hate is a strong � word but it fits these idiots also PhilipConnelly@SavPods never responded to my emails

PODS staff were very professional from my first call for information about service and pricing through delivery and pickup from city I moving from to delivery and pickup to city I moved to. Since moving is not something I or most people do on a regular basis, it was comforting to know the PODS company was reliable and operated with integrity. Others who had used PODS recommended the company. My experience was excellent as was theirs.
