The Manager never at her office to resolve Issues. I feel like storage has been sold for profit without a LIEN NOTICE. i call it "stilling" People need to be careful using this storage facility. Go elsewhere! Not this one. The city of Savannah needs to get involved in this mess! this is not personal with Ms. Etika Brown even she is no GOOD but ..all the workers there are no good.
I walked in and was greeted by Ms.Coles who was very respectful and gave great customer service. She help me with everything and gave me all the material and supplies that I needed with a smile
Awesome service!! Etaki and Marcy Killed it. I called another location and they promised me a garage spot. Upon arriving they notified me that there was nothing available. They spent the next 15 minutes checking storage units and walking around looking for something that was available. They were able to find me a spot without any issue. I'm not sure why they couldn't find it in their system. But they truly helped me and were able to get me exactly what I needed. They were very kind, helpful, positive, and worked me to get exactly what I needed. Thank you Life Storage!!! They also give a military discount so don't forget to ask.
The receptionist was very very helpful and super outgoing and nice. It made going there super easy and a breeze, I recommend this place to everyone!
I've used this particular storage facility three times now and I've enjoyed it every time! The ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful. Previously, I've had larger storage units within this facility, however I've recently rented out one of the smaller units in the non-AC section. I wasn't as comfortable with the ceiling of that particular unit however as I'm not storing too many things, it'll work for me. Regardless, I'll keep recommending this facility for years to come. Despite the name change, Life storage (formally Uncle Bob's storage) is just as nice as it was the first time I used their services. Good job ladies!
