Reasonable price, friendly staff, great services.
You can't pay online like other storage facilitites, (the office manager says websites & paying online isn't secure and they have no interest in moving into the modern age) you don't have 24 hour access to your items, and if you complain they go up on your storage rent.
Despite other reviews, I had a great experience here with my climate controlled storage. Unbeatable prices for what you get!
My dad had an aneurysm, which was certain death, we were stranded out of town, and Berwick let us pay what we could as long as we stayed in touch.
