Friendly staff. Very shabby establishment.
I was very please with Nilson Van & Storage. They came in a timely fashion, were very through and care about packing my things. They did not rush and was impressed with the job that they did. I was updated on my belongings as to where it was as it was coming cross country (2100 mile trip). The truck delivered on the date promised and was pleased to see that my belongings arrived in one piece.

I moved from SC to TN, and this was the first time I used a moving service. I had three companies provide me with estimates. The estimator sat down and explained everything to me, answered questions, and made me feel at ease. These guys were hands-down the best company I had come provide me with an estimate, so it was a no-brainer to go with Mayflower/Nilson Van & Storage. The estimator and the moving coordinator were quick to respond to emails and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everybody involved was very professional. The driver/mover stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and took into consideration dates that would work best for me to pick-up and deliver. I packed and unpacked my own boxes.I felt like my belongings were handled with care. I received everything in excellent condition. Upon delivery, the guys took time to make sure I had everything and made sure I didn't need help moving things around. I would highly recommend Mayflower/Nilson Van & Storage to anybody!
I would highly recommend this company. Very friendly and professional staff. They took their time to make sure everything was properly wrapped and boxed in the best way possible. They communicated clearly and asked all the right questions. This is an overseas move so I am anticipating to see how everything turns out in 2 months!
