We have rented a truck from this location twice. Both times the process was terrible. They cannot find out reservation and seem to not know what they are doing. 20 minutes of fumbling around before we even got keys. Customer service at its worst. Go to the UHaul down Abercorn if you want a positive experience that won't make you want to bash your head in.
