I never had a chance to view the place because the lady at counter was very unhelpful. She kept asking if I was with the girl scouts. Both times I politely told her no but she looked unconvinced. I look young for my age but I am a mother with a family of my own so I was very put off by being treated like a child. I asked if I could view the house without a tour since I was pressed for time but she refused in a snappy way like I was up to no good. I was told I could come back in an hour. Here is a tip. If someone is standing there with their debit card in their hand you should take it and appreciate their business.

Don't bother to waste your time and money to go here. Savannah is primarily a walking tourist town. This is the only house museum without a public bathroom. You have to walk to the Desoto Hilton to use a bathroom. Tour times are at 20 min intervals. None of the other museums make you wait this long for a tour. I would rate this a zero if I could.

Super cool if you're into history. Also if you're into ghosts or haunted homes, this is a great place. I love the architecture and all the old historical pieces in the home. There is also some real silver in the home that was used by Andrew low himself. I found this place fascinating!

Fair. It's a nice home with good staging but the tour is very short and includes much less -both in information and in parts of the home- than other area homes.

The woman at the ticket counter seemed clueless but since I'd gotten my ticket at the visitor center I luckily didn't have to interact with her

Nice house ruined by bad tour.

If youre going for the girl scout connection then I wouldn't bother. The tour focus on the Low family and barely mentions that Juliette founded The girl scouts.

We were rushed in rushed around and rushed out like cattle. Very very bad.
