THE WORST GROUP I HAVE EVER TRIED TO DEAL WITH. Not a very considerate Medical Billing Office. Even the Insurance Company was surprised. After I paid my portion of the bill they sent me to collections. The Collections company wants me to pay their FEE. Too bad Sav only has one group to preform these services. I wont go back to Lexington Ave. They rate 5 stars for being the WORST

Dr Duckworth is truly a personable MD. His staff was great. Made me feel comfortable having a colonoscopy done. Not an easy task. No problems with billing
The only reason they got 3 stars is Dr. Vesa and the nurses seemed very nice and knowledgeable.
They really need to make sure that all their doctors are accepting the same insurance or make new patients very well aware of the fact.
Thankfully, my insurance agreed to pay those bills since it was a huge mistake on my part, but it would've been truly horrible if they didnt!
Made an appointment for a colonoscopy and since I had a previous diagnosis they said I would have to pay $500.00 up front or I could not have it done. I have insurance but since my deductible was not satisfied they said I would have to pay that rediculous amount before I could have my procedure. I was not prepared to come up with 500 but offered to pay 200 and make payments. Not good enough! After this I decided if this doctors office operated this way I would take my butt elsewhere! LOL! Funny thing is it wasn't about the money it was that they would refuse me treatment if I didn't pay up. I could have paid it but it was the principal of the thing. I guess poor people wouldn't stand a chance. This so often happens. Made another appointment with Dr. Wiggins office. I know him because he cared for my mother. He is a very caring doctor and his office does not operate the way this one does. Consider your choices before choosing this outfit.
Make sure to check with your own insurance before seeing a doctor in this practice. I was told Dr. Vesa would accept my insurance by the office; after 2 appts, an endoscopy, and thousands of dollars later, I found out that she is the only one in that office that doesn't take my insurance!!
