1st visit: I was a walk-in (2nd one there) was hey say me did x rays. I was so scared to get it pulled

2nd visit: I was the 1st one there, they took be to the back and got prepped me for my procedure I was scared the dental assistant held my hand the whole time. It didn't even hurt like I thought it would. I didn't even cry (and I'm a cry baby I hate needles I hate pain). It was an easy and short procedure that didn't hurt at all. I felt a little discomfort when she applied pressure with a tool and when she was pulling the tooth. I thought my jaw was coming too lol. But they were very seeet people. The assistant NISHA was very nice and easy to get along with. I can't remember the dentist name but she was very sweet, gently and pleasant.
I was worried because i had heard not so great things! However, my experience was great! All of the staff from the front desk desk, lab techs, nurses & nurse practitioner were polite, professional & courteous! They took the time to listen to all my concerns & gave me great feedback! I absolute hate drs offices but i was extremely pleased with my visit today! Thank you staff for a job well done for making a reluctant patient feel welcomed!
Worst customer service. Tried to make an appointment but couldn't make it in a week long. Called multiple times everyday but nobody picks the f phone. They picked up once and then put me on hold for 20 minutes and then simply hung up on me.
I was attempting to make a new patient appointment for my 7 year old and gave all of my personal information and then proceeded to give my daughters until I was asked for social security number. I don't have that information readily available nor do I think it's necessary to have a minors social security number, the only explanation I was given was its the way the system is and once I stated I'm not comfortable with that and wouldn't need to proceed I was told that's fine and was hung up on. I do feel like I've dodged a bullet here.
*IF YOU DONT GET THEIR EARLY I ADVISE YOU TO GET THERE EARLY!
I paid a very reasonable price, I was shocked. I will be schedule future appointments with them or do a walk-in.
VERY unprofessional and treated me with no respect. Something needs to be done about the ethics and confidentiality ofbthis place.
