Very disappointed in Jason Cerbone please save yourself some time and money and meet with ANY other attorney!!! He will take your money and won't even show up for court I wouldn't even give him 1 star if it would let me do negative stars I would he was very rude and disrespectful to me hope you all don't get robbed like I did..."Continued" why would I allow you to represent me on account of charging me for a meeting that was a waste of my time that you never even mentioned that a charge would be given on a supposedly free consultation I would rather represent myself in court I also just meet with a young man yesterday who had the same thing happen to him from you so I'm not the only one this has happen to thats also very unprofessional calling me a liar and not trying to resolve the issue in a professional manner this only proves my point of the disrespect and rude behavior you presented and don't be sorry be better

I was stopped for a suspected DUI and given a court date to plea my case. I contacted Mr. Cerbone a few days after the incident and explained to him what had happened. He was more than happy to help me with my case and was very helpful with the steps that needed to be taken in order to ensure that everything would be as smooth as possible and potentially turn out in my favor. Jason took care of obtaining all evidence with very little help from myself which made things very easy for me. My first hearing had to be continued due to the police department failing to release the video evidence of the incident, and Jason made sure to push the date so that we could obtain the videos. After the videos had been obtained and the second hearing had been scheduled Jason consulted the arresting officer and prosecutor, with the evidence that he had, and was able to get my DUI charge reduced to failure to exercise due care. I am very happy with the way that Jason handled my case and even happier with the outcome.

On a Friday night in Savannah, Georgia I was arrested for DUI less safe and Failure to yield upon entering the roadway. As a college student in my last semester before graduation, this was the most stressful time of my life and I knew I could not afford to have this mark on my record starting my professional career. After reading the reviews on Avvo, checking his business website and seeing the results of his previous cases, I set up a consultation the following Monday. After pleading not guilty and going through a series of delayed court dates, I witnessed the brilliancy of this man at my Motion to Supress Evidence hearing in the State Court of Chatham County. Following that hearing, the Judge ordered that the failure to yield charge be dismissed and that there was no actual probable cause for my DUI arrest. In other words, all of my charges were dismissed. Finally free of this looming ordeal , I have no one to thank but Jason.
