They misdiagnosed me three times, gave me antibiotics I'm allergic to, and it put me in anaphylactic shock. The woman I saw couldn't even diagnose my allergic reaction. After the whole process I had to take steroids for two weeks. Seriously, if you have any sense whatsoever just find an urgent care because this place is just unacceptable.
Long story short, their negligence landed me in the hospital and getting surgery. The only good thing about this place is their nurse practitioner, Karen.
Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a medical center. The customer service is terrible. Could never get my name right, even though I constantly corrected them. Never billed my insurance correctly which has completely messed up my credit score. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
Came in with a high fever and extremely sore throat. Their doctor told me it was because I was a smoker and handed me "how to quit smoking" pamphlets then left. Landed me in the ER less than 12 hours later with a fever of 104, high blood pressure, and overall in very bad shape.
Very bad medical staff, their results have been false positive and wrong twice so far. They need actual doctors and an on call 24/7 nurse
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is horrible and they misdiagnosed me 3 times and put me on 3 different meds that made my problem worse and they would do unnecessary testing on me and now I have to pay a lot of money for the test that they administered and for results that I did not even get. The doctors are honestly horrible at their job and I would recommend that you never ever go there.
