Dr Osborne delivered me when I was born and has delivered all 3 of my children. He is very kind and takes time to listen to your concerns and answers all your questions. I've never had a bad experience with his staff either. They have all been very nice to me. I will always use their office!!!
Let me start by saying that I had attempted to call and cancel my appointment I had this morning. I called three times and was on hold for over five minutes every time and was never able to get a hold of anyone. So I went anyway. I kindly explained to them that I was on my lunch break from work so not to rush but I did need to try to be in and out quickly. She said that would not be a problem since he did not have many people. I waited for about 10 minutes and they called me back and put me in the room for me to dress in the gown. I understand that it usually takes some time, but THIRTY minute goes by and still nothing. So I walk out in the gown and ask...apparently the doctor still had two more people to see before he even got to me. He still had a procedure he had not completed and then one more person. I was livid...why would an appointment be scheduled if he had those appointments that would take that long. To leave someone back in a room in a dressing gown for that long without even explaining to them how long it would be is completely rude and inconsiderate. I got up and left, eventually wasting almost 2 hours of my work time that I will have to make up for no reason at all. I will never come back, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Osborne is personable and takes the time to make eye contact, rather than just reading a chart the whole time. I have never had a problem with the office staff.
Dr. Osborne is great, the office staff are horrible. Unfortunately I can't deal with that office anymore, medical assistants are rude, front desk have their days, they take for ever to obtain medical records, took more than 5 office visits to explain them the medications in the system were not current and to please take them off. If you ask for medical excuse it's like you are doing something wrong. Dr. Is great but Office staff should be more understandable, more people oriented.
Dr Osborne and the staff have worked exceptionally well with me and my family during my two pregnancies and one delivery. Wish I could pack them up and take them with me
