I placed an order 4 days ago and the flowers were not delivered as directed. The owner said she forgot and said she would send them out today. SHE DID NOT. I do not recommend using this florist.

There was no southern charm with this business. The flower designer failed to keep a promise to return call to discuss an order. And then, after I did an order on line, I called to confirm the order and they were just plain rude. Needless to say I canceled the order and am finding another florist. How they stay in business is beyond me???
