Outstanding service. Every year for 17 years I have sent my daughter a single rose for Valentines day. This year it was a last min call for my daughter. They told me no problem and delivered it on time. I will always come back every year for now on.

The staff is very friendly but I made an order and received something different. I ordered the one right and received the one on the left. Even the case was different. One of the things that I liked was the vase. It said that it had chrysanthemums (my wife's favorite flower) it didn't have any. I would be gave it 5 stars if it was what I ordered.
