If you are going to charge me $70 for an arrangement the least you can do is make sure that there isn't any skin on my fruit. And this isn't even the main issue I have.
I left to go to the Walmart down the street to pick up a few things and came back at approx. 2:10 pm to try again. By then there was a female associate behind the counter and the door was open. I got my order and mentioned that I came earlier, but found the door was locked with no one in the building. When I asked about it, she ignored me and turned her attention to a man behind me.
I love the smoothies more than Smoothie King! The staff is amazing, and I always leave with a smile on my face!

Poor customer service skills with no form of an apology for the inconvenience from the associate. Chances of me ever ordering from this location again is highly unlikely.
This is my first time ordering with them - and most likely my last with this location. My arrangement looked pitiful compared to the picture they posted on their site, and the pineapple still had skin on it. Also, when it came to using their app (maybe it was my phone or maybe it was their app) I specifically asked for the container to be blue, but instead got red.

I scheduled to pick up my order at 2:00 pm (08/12/17) and arrived at the shopping center at approx. 1:55 pm. When I tried to enter, the door was locked even though the lights and the monitors behind the counter were on. I called twice - with no answer. Even tried knocking on the door and window. No one was there even though I came during business hours. No sign on the door to indicate if they had stepped out for a quick minute.
