If you have even the slightest ability to choose your Dr's office do not pick this place. The guest service is non existent and their front office folks are extremely rude. If you are Tricare get another referral as these people don't care about you and instead only care about the money you bring to them. It is absolutely absurd that you are bringing a child into your family, but you can't have your family there with you. Instead, if you bring your family with you for this exciting time your family will have to wait downstairs because they aren't even allowed to wait in the waiting room. This place does not deserve your money as they won't earn it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Everything was happening so fast. I was not happy about leaving my doctor at Candler involuntarily, but the associates here explained to me the seriousness of my case. I love how they moved quickly to get me the best care for me and the little one. They helped me to understand little by little. I'm a first time mom so everything is new to me. I am glad that everyone, to include my dr at Candler, have my best interest and the interest of my child at heart. Follow every direction they are telling you!!
Front desk and general organization deserves only 1 star. Long waits and crowded waiting rooms. Very long waiting times without any explanation.
The doctor and the ultrasound crew are very kind and informative, though. If you can put up with the wait time, you will get a 5 star service inside.
Even though the drive may be long to get there for me. I enjoy knowing that I'm being looked out for. This being my first high risk pregnancy but my second child they are amazing. Extremely nice people and a joy to be around when they are with you!
The front desk is rude & unprofessional! Thanks for ganging up and arguing with my pregnant wife that was about to go into surgery an hour after our appointment. We will be driving out of town if needed. That whole office crew needs to be cleared out & restructured. Truly a terrible group!
