He is awesome, but you don't see him. He is always too busy. Instead you see his too young and not experienced NP. I tried it out for a whole year thinking it was just one of them, but one didn't even check my sons ears when I brought him in for a cold and another one actually diagnosed my sons rash over the phone! HOW DO YOU DIAGNOSE OVER THE PHONE!!! I googled it and what a shock, she was wrong!! I'm not crazy, but I am a nurse and when I see stuff like this it makes me wonder! After nothing getting better I had to leave.
Welcoming environment. The staff is always extremely nice and helpful. The doctor takes his time to not only listen to my concerns but to speak to my children.
My only complaint is that the office takes a lunch break for 2 hours and if you need to speak to someone ASAP, it isn't always easy to get that. Someone always calls back, but it could be an hour later. I still really enjoy the people and him though. And will take my future kids to him as well!
Does not believe in shots. And find loop holes from giving them and sum other stuff that I disagree with
Dr. Ramos is amazing with my baby. He's very loving and gentle. This is my first born so my husband and I have questions and Dr. Ramos always answers our questions to the best of his ability. I highly recommend him. I love the fact he has a well and sick waiting room. We have always been called back promptly. Appointment has never taken longer than an hour.
I love Dr. Ramos! He is like a grandpa. He always gives my child special attention and love. I like that he lets me make whatever decisions I feel best for my child without being pushy one way or another. He is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Any issue I've ever had he has given me an answer and it has always been correct.
