Dr kamaleson and his PA are very good. They listen and explain the treatment totally.
Had a great encounter with Dr. Palmer and his competent staff. Seen quickly. Dr. Palmer took time to listen to my concerns (injured shoulder), evaluate my range of motion, and make recommendation related to my workouts and recovery plan.
The rudest doctor I have ever seen by far. He suggested an unnessecary x Ray then reacted rudely when I said that I didn’t want to do it. I went in for a pain in my hand not in my collarbone. Then once he reacted rudely I became defensive. I was not rude toward him, I answered every question he had curtly and decisively. To which his response was “is something wrong are you just upset or something?” I will not be returning.
After spending 2 hours at urgent care in Rincon I was referred to Optim Orthopedics for a shoulder injury I was told they were better equipped to take care of me so I had to drive all the way into Savannah. My appointment was for 2 PM it is now 3:30 PM and I am still sitting in the waiting room in horrific pain of watching people come and go well after me. The Front desk cannot give me any information whatsoever! I’m sitting here because I have no other option but to sit here!!! I’m alone and all by myself horrible pain I’ve never felt so overwhelmed!!! If they couldn’t get me in as scheduled at 2 PM then why bring me here at all!!
Saw Dr. Alexander regarding a shoulder injury. Clear inciteful info and a plan to move forward from here. Staff was friendly and polite.
