Then he ends up my mom Doctor while she was in rehab at Savannah Square. He was an inadequate physician to her needs during that time.

I've never met Dr Almeida personally..I've dealt With his staff. It's seems very odd to me as retired employee of SJCHS that a doctor has the option to REFUSE a new patient. I was refused care by according to his staff!
