I had the WORST experience EVER with the gatekeepers at this practice. I was called and scheduled for a procedure. I prepped 24 hours for the procedure (which was just a little worse) than having to deal with the front line employees...anyway I showed up on time only to be told that I would have to reschedule my visit because I wasn't given all the necessary info then was basically told it was Ultimately my responsibility. I had been forewarned by another that the doctor I had been referred to was Great but the staff was a bit difficult to deal with. No one seems to know the left from the right.
