Dr Woods & his entire staff have greatly impressed me. They are all very compassionate, pleasant, sincere & take their time to address any concerns & answer any questions. I highly recommend him.
I am a Veterinary Technician for almost 20 years and I do not trust just anyone with the care of my fur babies. My Tyson has been a patient of Savannah Veterinary Internal Medicine for years now, and Dr. Woods and his entire staff have been nothing shy of amazing when it has come to his care. They are professional, compassionate and loving. Tyson is our almost 16 yr old, 3 legged dog and Dr. Woods has been determined each visit to figure out the best treatment plan for our little buddy and his chronic new medical issues. We continue to trust Dr. Woods and his staff with the health of Tyson and we are forever grateful for all they have done to help our baby have the best quality of life in his senior years. We know the only reason Tyson is still with us is due to their attentive constant care. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs an internist and critical care for their fur babies, they are some of the best in the Veterinary World!
The only reason I give 2 stars for the techs working in the "back". I would give them 5...Whoever was handling the front desk needs some serious training on how to handle delicate situations. You're paying a premium to go to this type of facility and that is understood when you walk through the front door but explanation of the situation was blown completely out of proportion when trying to get my cc #.
A huge shout out to the ER and Internal Med/ICU ! Thanks to all of you we have our Savvy back ! The care she received from the moment we walked into the ER to the moment she went under the care of the Internal Med/ICU was more than we could imagine! The communication daily was amazing ! We were able to visit as much as we would like and got updates all through out the day ! Thank to each and everyone of you our puppy is back home with us and feeling great! The compassion that each of you shared with us was awesome and made us feel so at ease. I am so glad to know there is a place in Savannah like this that we can depend on to take care of our pets during difficult times! Again thank you for all you do each and every day for this community !
My dog was hit by a car and we ended up here. The staff was quick, empathetic, and dedicated. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to save my baby but the staff there went ABOVE AND BEYOND to try and save her. Afterwards, the staff sent our family a card. We are new to the area and didn't have a vet. I would recommend this place to any and every one.
