Went in to get information on what was offered and prices, the vet was absolutely rude! Never answered a single question of mine, and had NO intention on getting new business! Not only would I NEVER step foot there again for my 5 awesome cats, but I will NOT refer my cat family friends to come here. I have also informed some of the Cat Care Clinic client's who feel horrible for referring me to them, they are taking their business else where as well! Apparently they have no idea how to run a business, and have no clue about customer service. Extremely ignorant!
You can tell Dr. Killer loves cats...and my cats return the love. She's wonderful.
Terrible Customer service couldn't even get past a phone call to schedule appointment due to their limited "times" they service new patients. This was enough to tell me - not the place for us.
Great vet! Really knows cats. Fair prices and excellent service. She mixed a flavor into the medication which made it easier to give the daily meds. Highly recommend
