We have been clients for three years now and always receive warm, excellent service. Our three cats have received both routine and life-saving care here, the staff has always handled our business with professionalism and respect. Our pets receive compassionate and thorough care and, as pet-owners, we have received ample attention to our questions and concerns. Our appointments are met in good time and communication with the staff has always been pleasant.

As a long time Great Dane owner I've had some experience with vets and Dr. Hill was very good but not everyone else is. One day I sat in the waiting area for a full hour because they were understaffed but I didn't mind, I know running a small business can be difficult at times. About a month later, on a Saturday I needed to pick-up some pain medication, time got away from me and then I realized they were going to be closing in a few minutes. I called and asked if they could wait until I got there, the receptionist put me on hold so she could ask the vet on duty, a woman but I don't remember her name. While on hold, I got in my car and drove there (7 blocks) and when the receptionist came back to my call I was parking my car right in front of their door. I was told I was too late and my 13 year old Great Dane would just have to wait until Monday. It was only 3 minutes after their closing time and I pleaded for the medication as I stood looking in the front door with the vet and receptionist looking back at me! Finally they opened the door, I thanked them and I apologized for my inconveniencing them. The vet, about half my age, told me I had to "learn better time management skills!" I told her of my hour wait a month before hoping she might soften her tone but she assured me that the wait was most likely caused by some other dog owner. I told her not to worry, I'd never be back again and I haven't. On Monday I was hoping that I would get a call from someone trying to keep my business but it didn't happen. I want to see every small business succeed but only if they want to.
The doctors and staff have always been kind and professional. However, on the day my Lucy needed them most they went above and beyond. Michael met us outside and carried her in; they had blankets ready,were caring and thorough. They made themselves available for me to call at anytime and allowed me to stop by to check on her during their lunch. Unfortunately, I had to let her go that day but I know we were giving her the best care possible and their support allowed me to make the best decisions for her. Dr Hill was so loving with her and his heart for his work was obvious. His words provided comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life. I received an unexpected card signed by everyone in the office and a paw print in the weeks after. I'm forever grateful for people that provide the ever important service of caring for our pets and understand the place they hold in our heart.
