Good luck ever calling this place. It is impossible to ever get someone to answer I have called every hour today, no answer. Not even putting on hold. Just rings off the hook. The doctor that do work there do not give you a "warm and fuzzy" feeling. She feels brand new and only know the basics.
I went in to get my one year old puppy's (Sadie) nails trimmed. They asked if I had an appointment, I said no and they asked me to take a seat and they would be with me in a little bit. I sat there for around 45 minutes and decided to go back to the counter where one person was ahead of me. We started talking while waiting for help and about 20 minutes later (about 5 min to 6 pm) someone finally asked " how can I help you" I told them I had been waiting to get my puppy's nails trimmed and she said " we're closed". They could have told me they were too busy or too lazy to see my dog, that is on the wellness plan, before I waisted a little over an hour....also Very overpriced and will be looking for a new vet for Sadie.
Don't even go there and give your contact information, or you'll have to pay to stop their advertisement.
Banfield used to be amazing but over the year they have been getting worse. I can understand no walk ins. But I had an appointment and came in 11 minutes after that time. They said they hold it open for 10 minutes and I’m 1 minute too late. Banfield just lost a loyal customer. Service has been getting worse and worse. Never going back to Banfield ever again
Picked up phone first time. Drop-off was quick. I just moved from California and over there they will address every aspect of your visit for each pet after their appointment. Over here they focused in on my cat who was being too feisty to get her dental, but didn't discuss the results of each physical exam given to all three of my animals. Was given a print out of the results I will read, but felt a little bit more like a number than an extension of the family like my other Banfield hospital. Perhaps they were short staffed. I will update my review next time around. Dog's teeth look good after their dental.
