You will not find a more compassionate, honest, and down to earth vet clinic. Allison and her staff took care of our ailing labrador like he was their own. Last week, when we had to let him go - Allison guided us through our options and was so very patient and kind - as we all knew it was time. Allison is very realistic and up front with everything. She is a brilliant vet and we highly recommend her.
I have never ever been treated so nicely. The level of customer care is AMAZING here! Everyone was so friendly and caring, price was totally realistic for veterinary care. I was blown away by how great care we (my pets and i) received while using Allison animal care. I highly recommend this place for any and all pet needs!!!
This is by far the best vet clinic in Savannah with very reasonable prices. Allison always takes great care of my cats. Recently, one of them refused to take a pill so I had to bring her in to get the injection form of the medicine. They only charged me for the meds and not even an office visit. The customer service here is the best!
After recently moving to the area, I was very unhappy with the first area vet we chose (VCA). We have a houseful of animals and one who has had chronic issues her whole life. I decided to switch to Dr. Allison after talking to her staff on the phone and I am so glad I did. Dr. Allison listened to me as the mother/ owner of the animals and was willing to find the balance between care, cost and the best quality of life for my animals. After numerous visits I can say that I've not waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. They've streamlined the checkout process so everything - even payment - is done right in the exam room. The staff are super friendly - after only one visit I was recognized and greeted by name as were my pets. I can't say enough how thrilled I am that we found Dr. Allison.
Allison and her staff are the very best. Their kindness and compassion made a very upsetting time for me much easier to bear. It was such a comfort to me knowing that my dear little Maggie was in such good hands. Thank you for everything you did and for being the amazing, loving individuals that you are. Y'all are the best!
