Pushy saleswomen and overpriced furniture. Found the same furniture from another seller for $1200 less with an extra piece, and they wouldn't match the price. It's a nice store to look around and get ideas from but far too expensive.
Waited over a two months for a bedroom set, with no contact from the salesperson. When I finally contacted her, I found out she had not followed up with the company and the pieces that should have come early were held back until all were ready. Was promised they were "on the truck." When they still didn't arrive (days later), I cancelled my order. Terrible customer service!
Absolute joke. No wonder no one buys american made. If you charge 5000 for a cabinet that you can for 500 at a big box store no one will buy
