Avoid this guy and his sham company at ALL costs.....trust me, you'll be disappointed later if you do not.
I don't typically post but needed to here. We shopped for 3 months trying to find the right living room set. Appreciated the time they took to discuss everything, efforts to find "just the right" piece and then when we did find it, the smoothness of the delivery. Pricing was better than we found elsewhere without up-sale pressure or sale "gimmicks". We actually did have a very good experience and will be back here first next time.
Good solid furniture, and Vicky was amazing! I don't understand the bad reviews. They must've hired new staff!
Absolutely horrible company. Brian Saul, the owner, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a FlexSteel couch and FlexSteel chair from his Moss Creek store in SC. I spent $2400.00 on the couch alone. And another $1500 on the chair. We were assured that the legs on both pieces would match, and they did not. When the couch arrived, the back of it was saggy (leather). Called Brian's idiot a** and he sent someone out to repair. A technician already tearing into my brand new couch after 3 days. Asked for a replacement vouch, he sent one out. Asked for matching legs, he grumbled a bit but sent them out. So far, all I wanted was what I was promised: A matching wood presence on both pieces. Maybe you should train your sales staff better Brian. When I called Brian to ask for a box for some lamp shades off some lamps I ordered from him, he lost his collective s**t and used profanity towards me. He identified himself at that time as the OWNER.
I visited this store and found a piece of furniture that I loved. But then I found it online for about $200 cheaper. Called Chatham Furniture and they said they price match. Went back into the store and showed the ad for the same sofa/love seat at the cheaper price and because it was $200 cheaper they refused to match. Manager would not budge on the price even in the least bit. I would have understood not budging had I not called the store and verified that they price matched. Bad customer service, bad experience all the way around. Would definately not shop there again.
I noticed a lot of people complaining about the quality of the furniture. I visited the store after moving to Savannah and was pleased with the name brands being sold there. La-Z-Boy, Flexsteel, Ashley, England were all being sold there. The staff was helpful. After initially greeting me, they gave me room to peruse their showroom. While they do surveil you as you browse, this is to be expected in an industry paid on commissions. Anthony was quite helpful in locating a sofa in the style I wanted and assisted me with the fabric selections. I purchased a sofa and two chairs. I would return.
