Had a wonderful experience! Worked with Kevin Spicer and he really took care of us. We purchased a sofa and love seat and a new mattress...he took all the time we needed and had his manager explain the mattresses to us. Everyone was knowledgeable and just so kind!
I was recently in the Savannah location with my daughter preparing for her college dorm. The showroom was beautiful, lots of pieces to chose from. The environment was equally pleasing. My sales lady was Hannah, she was super funny and was able to get my picky teenager to come to a decision! Hallelujah ! This Mama was so tired of store hopping. By far Ashley had some of the best service I've experienced. I even told Hannah I'll be back for myself in September. 5 stars. Amaze balls!
Kim was available to help us find outdoor furniture and table lamps right away. She was very well informed about what was in stock and led us to the Wonderboard to compare the in-stock items to what was available to order. A great experience and good pricing. We got exactly what we needed!
Great variety of styles, super friendly staff. Kim was the BEST!! She was so patient and showed us any combination of sofas/love seats you could imagine. Will definitely go back to buy furniture from her again!
A-1 customer service!! It was my first time at an Ashley Home Store. I came in to just look around and had many questions. Nicole answered every question that I could think of!! She was awesome even though I didn't purchase anything that day, I know where to go when I'm ready. I highly recommend shopping at this store.
