Enjoyed the visit. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They showed me around and talked about the products. They didn't rush me at all. They let me take my time with my purchases. They even asked me some questions to try to get a feel for what I was looking for.
All of the staff members aren't professional, in fact one of them was sitting with her feet propped up on one of the sofas by the front door playing on her cell phone when my husband and I walked in; she did not even say hello; we won't be spending our money here. Also, their bathroom is disgusting.
1st purchase: an electric fireplace. Was delivered on time & looks beautiful. Then I purchased a curio cabinet on 11/7. I was told it would be delivered on the 15th. They called that morning & said it didn't come in on the truck. (When I purchased it they said it was in the warehouse.) Told me it would come in on the 22nd. This was the day b4 Thanksgiving. When I didn't hear from them, I called. Didn't come in on the truck. Said it would come in the following Wednesday. Waiting 3 weeks when it was in their warehouse. Some one dropped the ball. Really bummed since I planned to have it in my dining room for Thanksgiving.
The was beyond their control. Heading to pick it up now. Can't wait to see it. I really do appreciate the attention it was showed their.
Salesperson "Kam" was very helpful and patient. Furniture prices are average for the area. Decent selection. I bought a nice sofa and love seat and bedroom set. I would recommend the store and the salesperson to assist in a purchase.
The only I didn't like was that the table I wanted was on back order....lol
Friendly and helpful staff, good sales; we have bought quite a bit of furniture there.
