Called 3 companies to come out and pump a tank and repair the grinder pump inside. Reliable was the only one who would come out the same day. They pumped the tank, replaced the grinder pump at fair price and was up and running in no time. I would recommend them to anyone. Nice people!
Called them and talked to Scott. Great personality. He advised me to get the wires fixed first on the pump in order for me to try and save money first and that if that did not work, to give him a call back. Rigging the wires back up did not work, called him at dinnertime and they were here first thing Tuesday am and installed new pump. They showed me exactly what was being done and told us no need to pump out the septic system so that saved us money too. Honesty at its best. They could have taken advantage of us on 2 occasions, as they could have easily told me straight out, they need to put in a new pump, or they needed to pump out tank for an extra 300, but they did not. He was honest, friendly and professional. I know who I'm hiring for all future problems for my septic problems.

Could not be happier with the whole experience. Thought my septic tank needed to be drained so I called Reliable. They sent out a couple of guys out within a couple hours to take a look at the problem. Instead of trying to upsell me on something Thomas was able to unclog the pipe for half the price of draining the tank. He was also extremely helpful in letting me know how to prevent the problem in the future and fix it if it reoccours. Will absolutely be using them in the future.
We had to have our drain field replaced which went across our entire front yard. It was a big job and it was very professionally done. I am very impressed with the results and the company. I highly recommend!
