Henry Plumbing was recommended to me and I have had them here twice in the last few months. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgable and polite. Their rates are comparable to other plumbers in the area, and are fair.

I've tried three or four plumbers since moving here 4 years ago and haven't been happy with any of them.
Very negative experience. Two people have already said that the owner hung up on them. Similar experience. The second person I spoke to said they would not service my product that was under warranty because I was not nice. Certainly not true. I was told by the first person I spoke to that there was a service charge to flush out my system. I said that I had not even explained what the problem was so how did she know the system needed flushing, which in fact had no relationship to the problem. She then said there would be a service charge of $115. I asked how there could be a service charge when the unit was under warranty. For the 3d time she went off the phone presumably to get the answer to my question. She then put someone else on the phone. That woman asked what the problem was and I told her the foregoing. She said I was "not being nice." In response I told her I was concerned about all the misinformation I had been given. Obviously I was not allowed to make that statement as she then told me to go elsewhere. Talk of not being nice.

This company is awesome. They were very polite on the phone and responded very quickly to my plumbing leak. I had a lot of water damage from the leak. They even referred to a company to clean up the mess!!!! Great service, Great people, will definitely refer this company to any friends and family that need help!!!!
