Terrible service from beginning to end. I work in service industry and my family owns a pizza joint in my hometown so I know how busy and hard these workers work. But this place first time called I ordered and person couldn't even hear me then finally got order right than told me 35 to 45 minutes that was fine I called back after 1 hr and 10 minutes just to check back on my order. They told me some story of what happen but lact to notify me that my orddr was going to be pushed back for another 45 minutes. Got food pizza not cut cold like wow not even hot cold terrible wings also cold Terrible terrible never again.....1st and last time I ever order or go to one of these places
I wish we could score zero stars! Waited over an hour for our order with 4 hungry kiddos. When the food arrived, the ENTIRE order was wrong & we were missing a whole pizza! When we let the driver / management know they wanted to take the entire order back & make us wait for our correct order... The kiddos were screaming and hungry. Most ridiculous experience & service!!!! What a perfect name for a business! Must have a bunch of STONERS taking orders. Not getting our business again.

So under an hour from purchasing online to doorstep wasn't bad but when you order something from a company that supposedly takes pride in there product it shows when it doesn't. Ordered cheese pizza with fresh basil and diced roasted chicken... what i got was a cheese pizza with just one spot of basil measuring about 2"×2" that i paid extra for and 7 chunks of chicken.... like chicken tender chunks because apparently its chunks not diced..... definatley not worth the extra money and since they didn't have time to prepare the food that i paid for then probably not my hard earned money for either. Way to go Georgetown stoners.... if i don't hear anything from this store then i will be sure to share my experience with this business. Btw i have eaten at other locations and they were not like this.
