Nice set up and views but limited seating and not a good bread to meat ratio
Worst customer service ever! The people working here are aweful...just stay away...the convenience is not worth it.
The customer service is horrible. Only put 1 star because I had to just to be able to leave a review. They need better management. I would rate zero stars.
Never again!!!!! Just had the most frustrating experience EVER. Apparently, they close at 9pm. We did not realize this. We got there at about 8:45pm. Placed our order (There were 5 of us) the total was around $35. Walked upstairs, as seating is limited downstairs. One of the employees came up a few minutes later to tell us we couldn't sit up there per the manager (I assume because they had already cleaned upstairs).
It was quick and the sandwich had a lot of meat which is awesome but the guy was on his phone behind the counter the whole time we were there. When we were throwing our trash away (near the counter) the guy didn't even look up, say thank you or have a good day. The employees clearly don't want to be there. Customer service receives a zero.
Went when they opened on a Sunday. Two employees sitting and eating and one behind the counter. No greeting, we viewed the menu, ordered and sat down. The table had crumbs (surprising because they had just opened).
I wish they had told us when we walked in they would be closing soon. We wouldn't have stayed. We wouldn't have left mad, but we would have gone somewhere else. If you close at 9, close at 9! Don't kick people out of their tables who are eating.
