Good basic Chinese take out. Hits the spot
Both of my takeout meals were wrong. Called store to notify them and they told me to bring the food back and they would give me the correct order. Had to wait for them to re-cook my correct meals and when I got back to work discovered that the chicken was not even fully cooked. Both re-do orders were unedible. Woman working in the kitchen seemed very bothered that she had to redo my original order. (original order was not complicated........One plain chicken with steamed rice and one plain chicken with broccoli...... The order I received was plain chicken with fried rice & teriyaki chicken with steamed rice). Save your time & money.
The menu states that it is NEW YORK STYLE Chinese food. That is a reach. It is my first and possibly last time eating here because I live far away but for the price (15 dollars for a single meal) I was not impressed. The food does not taste bad, however when I showed up it was not ready and I can taste that they rushed to finish it (since everything wasn't cooked evenly). I guess I just got spoiled in NYC.
This is my favorite Chinese food. I've moved from New York and I've eaten Chinese food there but this Chinese food was better. I got the sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken and it was great. It was fried perfectly and there was enough sauce. The food tasted really fresh and since I live in a neighborhood near here I often come here and either have lunch or dinner.
Food is alright or should I say better than these other places nearby, but they need to really tighten up on the customer service side
