Staff is always great here, they have a happy demeanor, and always welcome you when you come in (firehouse policy, but still). I usually ask the staff what I should choose between, and they play along, encouraging me to try new things. It is refreshing to say the least. Plus the food is great. I recommend it if you haven't gone yet!
My husband and I go here about once a month and it's always good! A little pricey but it's worth it because the subs are so filling. The staff at this particular location are great and keep us coming back.
Woman working there couldn't understand what we were ordering, and we couldn't understand her. In the end, she gave us 2 sandwiches when we ordered 3. Worst experience I have ever had at any Firehouse
