Very nice staff. They let me check in 4 hours early at no extra cost! Room is clean, bathroom is clean though little. No bugs, that's a plus!
They charged me for a second key, half of their lights and electrical plugs worked, their water doesn’t work as efficiently and the staff is horrid. I was late on checking out and the housekeeper was pushing out the door while I was trying to grab my stuff. She’s lucky I was on my way out because I would give her a piece of my mind. They need to fix their rooms and stop letting crackheads and hookers hang out there.
We didn't stay at this hotel. We didn't feel safe. We were on the second floor when we asked to be on the first. Between us and the stairs there were some rough looking people who kept staring at us and there was No way to avoid them. We choose a different hotel even though it was more expensive.
The manger busted into the room morning we were suppose to check out stating check out time is at 11:00 and your 2 minutes over. We were in the process of gathering bags and doing spot checks to make sure nothing was left behind. Save yourself the headache and stay else where

Wrost hotel I ever stayed in .
The staff is horrible. The rudest business owners ever met. In fact I am in jail right now for going on a rampage at this hotel. I lost my temper when i ran out of toilet tissue and they refused to give another role. Obviosly i am not personally writing this review, someone is doing it for me...because I'm in JAIL...but 1000 other things there led up to my rampage...free WiFi?? Lol...barely WiFi, occasionally..
