Lavanda was the best! She made our stay awesome! I love that she was so polite and sweet. We were very tired getting in and she made us feel at home. Thank you for the awesome service! The room was beautiful and HUGE! Will definitely choose this location when we come back to Savannah.
Stayed here for a few days this summer, extremely happy with our stay. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking to stay in Savannah I would definitely keep this place on your radar!
Great place! As soon as we pulled in we were met by Blue. We had an oversized truck that would not fit in the garage. Blue was very accommodating. He hooked us up with a parking spot and ensured us that it would be available for us the whole weekened. He was very helpful recommending restaurants and places to go. We took advantage of Happy hour in the hotel both nights. It is within walking distance to city market and river street. The rooms are large and comfortable. I left my pillows and Irena in housekeeping was so kind and mailed them back to my house!
Wonderful hotel!! The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We got in town a couple hours early and because our room was clean we were allowed to go ahead and check in. The young lady at the desk was so helpful. The room was nice and clean and better than what we expected. The complimentary breakfast isn’t your typical breakfast. The my have a chef who makes you omlettes to order and they’re so good. The complimentary contrails were also a plus
We were pleased with the hotel even though it wasn't directly on bay street or river street.
Staff great. Room comfortable. Breakfast options good. Could be better on a couple things there but I was full. Center of downtown so there was a lot to do if you wanted to explore.
