My husband and I recently purchased over $2,000 of furniture. It was delivered today.... every piece of the bedroom suite has some sort of damage to it. The headboard was damaged, and they already knew it when they were getting it from the warehouse, but still delivered a damaged headboard. Both nightstand were damaged, and the corner of the mattress was sunken in. My husband contacted the salesman, which was also someone that he knew personally. He asked for a manager to call him asap. Nobody called him, so he went to the store, only to be greeted by a rude manager that had an attitude from the beginning. After going back and forth, they finally gave him a refund. They didn't offer any solutions to the issues, nor did the manager try to save the sale, or make his customer satisfied. I am beyond appalled by this store's services, and I will NEVER give them another dime!!!!!
I went here today looking at a glider for our nursey. We looked at the Best brand glider bedazzle model. It was on sale for 399 it is real comfortable and best has a great reputation online. We looked at baby's R us and they do sale a similar model there for less and I could not find the difference. I asked robert what the difference was and if he would call the manufacturing rep to ask and he did and the rep said they make a line just for them. But basically the price difference was in the availability and assembly. I got it the same day and it was already assembled at Gibson's. I really appreciate him going the extra mile and calling the rep and just taking the time to talk to me about the products. He is very knowledgeable and makes buying furinture at a great price a good experience. He definitely has the gift of gab. I will return.

Best prices with great quality .... Have always shopped here and still do. And assume bundle deals .. Never had any issues.. Great staff and stock always in...
Had a very good experience shopping at Gibson. Robert was our sales person and was very patient. Went above and beyond..the employees seem to have a good bond with one another. Just a great buying experience. Will return to buy more pieces. Highly recommend.
