Pretty terrible stay. Stayed here for 5 days, only got maid service the first day, even though I requested it several times. Bugs all over the room, the door has a huge open gap to allow bugs in the room. If you can stay somewhere else I would. Anything is better then this bug infested place. The breakfast is pretty lame as well. Will stay somewhere else next time.
Clean, quiet, close to mall & Kroger that sells clothing, friendly staff, washer/dryer free to use, coffee maker, sink, micro & fridge, bring own utensils & dishes
So far so good. Courteous and polite staff. Room is spacious.
The room was okay. Bathroom tub didn't drain as good. A little more on the motel feel rather than hotel feel. Carpets need to be cleaned a lot better, there were sticky spots. There was a towel hanging behind the bathroom door when we got in the room, not sure if cleaning crew missed it or it was supposed to be there but just in case I made sure no one used it. On the upside, the front desk ladies were great and the commissary is nearby.
I dont understand why the rates change for military members while there on duty. The change in rates are not financially feasible for travelling military members regardless of events that are happening. I think the rates should not fluctuate.
