Even through their remodel, they were very friendly, respectful, and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. The new rooms are spectacular. I will be staying here again.
Friendly staff, and the lobby is super nice. Everything else? Not so much. I assume some renovations have taken place recently, because the room we paid for is not what we got (1 king, we got 2 queens) not to mention people were drilling and doing renovations at 9:30 at night.
This was a nice hotel. It appears it is new and still having it's finishing touches done. The staff was very nice and quickly addressed our needs even though it was Thanksgiving so they we're short-staffed. I would recommend this hotel even though there were a few minor housekeeping needs. (We were in a suite with 4 people, but their we're only 2 sets of towels. However when I informed the front desk it was quickly taken care of.
Do yourself a favor DON'T STAY HERE!!!!
their elevator is out of order, as well. Breakfast was mediocre (will say it was good because it was free) but you get what you pay for.
The rooms have lamps with no electrical outlets to plug them in, the walls are PAPER THIN (more thin than a usual hotel). You can hear shoes gripping carpet out in the hallways.
Clean and a very friendly staff. Very accommodating for special needs we had due to the nature of the trip (Early morning hospital visit). The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. My one issue was that our room was a double queen suite but the beds hardly seemed larger than a full. Otherwise a great stay. Also, there are several good restaurants less than a 10 minute walking from the hotel, which is nice.
We have stayed at this hotel for years mainly because of the staff. Last week we noticed all new staff which were very friendly especially Ashley. The GM Brian Half and Hope Massey they both need to go. I could tell the staff were stressed around them and they were not as friendly as though they would get in trouble for talking. We booked a 7 day stay. The first room 2nd floor didn't have anywhere to hang clothes, damp and musty smell. The second room 417 had new carpet but some areas weren't secure could cause one to trip, mirror in bathroom had permanent stains need to be replaced, wall below mirror had a soft spot from current leak, no fan, my husband had to kill a roach. Painting a couple of walls isn't considered renovation. Don't put customers in rooms that aren't completely finished. We will never stay here again...
