Forsyth Park B&B is a beautiful place to stay! 4 of my sister's and I have stayed there twice once before Lori sold the home and once after! The first stay was better as the wine was better as well as the accommodations were available to us! The second visit lousy wine and there was a wedding and the "regular" guests were asked to stay AWAY from the courtyard,veranda,parlor..EVERYWHERE the wedding guest were! We were NOT allowed ANYWHERE but our rooms! That was HIGHLY irritating based on the places we were NOT to go were the places we WANTED to go! We came back from a HOT walk around town to enjoy a beverage on the veranda,parlor or courtyard ALL off limits to us for the ENTIRE afternoon into the evening! SO! If you want to experience ALL of the place the entire stay..ensure there isn't a wedding happening during your stay! I know unless they can assure us there is NO wedding WE will not be back! Otherwise, it is a beautiful home and great food and staff! And if you are lucky you MAY get a visit from Lottie the resident spirit! We had our feet tickled,door open by itself and music we brought and lights go on and off! Too bad the wedding took up an entire day of fun in the house!
What a friendly and beautiful spot to enjoy while in Savannah. The Inn staff was friendly ,warm and eager to share information. My daughter said she felt like our room was straight out of Gone With the Wind with an added bonus of a tv! Enjoy your stay, we did!
The Forsyth Park Inn was an absolute gem of an establishment. We had never stayed at a bed ad breakfast establishment and were unsure what to expect but the staff and the house itself made us feel just as if we were at home. Dwayne made the check in process seamless and helped us set up a map to include all of our planned out adventures in Savannah, he provided us with exceptional service and made us feel immediately comfortable at the Inn. We stayed in Room #8 and the room was adorable and so comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom very spacious, it also came with our own private balcony to sit out on which was amazing in the afternoon! The food and snacks provided were delicious and breakfast was a delicious experience every single day. We will definitely be calling the Forsyth Park Inn our home away from home on all of our future Savannah adventures.
This place is absolutely amazing! It's so adorable and the service was excellent! Dwayne was so knowledgeable about everything and took care of us during our entire stay! He made our mini vacation so much better!! Will definitely come back!
My boyfriend and I just got back from our trip to the Forsyth Inn and have only great things to say about this place! The house and the rooms were gorgeous, the food and the staff were all phenomenal. Dwayne went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. He helped us set up a romantic picnic in Forsyth park, gave us some great recommendations on places to go and really took his time with us while checking in. We will be recommending the Forsyth Inn to all of our friends and will be coming back asap!
