During hurricane Irma watch, we went for my early birthday dinner, knowing everything would be closed on my actual birthday. Our waitress was great...she only had two tables, so she had plenty of time to be casual and unhurried. The food, as always, was wonderful...my husband unbuttoned his jeans prior to the chocolate! Fabulous!
I went with 3 other ladies. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. The 4 of us shared a couple's big deal and had plenty of food. Danielle our waitress was pleasant, gracious and efficient. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only reason O did not give them 5 stars is a result of my background in marketing. Upon entering we were told we were a night early for ladies night. We explained that one of our party was a nurse and had to work the next night, which was the advertised "ladies not out".
The manager I presumed to be a district or general manager responded with " we will have to give you something special tonight ".
Great meal Great service (Austin) had a very nice time every was fresh, and very tastey! Wish there was one back by us. Santa and I will be back on our return visit!
Great chocolate and cheese. Great specialty drinks. "Lover's Lane" is a great private area for couples to enjoy a romantic dinner together. The servers are all pro's, so the service is always really good. I was told by a member of staff that our restaurant in Savannah is a test location, so the menu changes more frequently than other Melting Pots.
I took my wife to the Melting Pot for her birthday because it's her favorite place and they never disappoint. The food is always excellent. Everyone was evacuating hurricane Irma and they stayed open when everyone else was closed and kept our reservation. Even with a limited staff our waiter Seth was very personal and made the whole experience a wonderful memory. The manager was extremely nice and accomodating. The fondue speaks for itself. It's not just a meal it makes dinner a fun event. You can't go wrong with cheese and chocolate!!
