It's a KIMPTON property. So the food is great. The service excellent. Ashley was great. All of my needs were exceeded. Here explanation of a drink. Made me stay longer. Watching her prepare it for the ladies at the end of the bar.
Loved this place. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pasta was wonderful.
Horrible it was a buffet for thanksgiving, the food was ice cold, I don’t know where they got their help from but they were extremely rude if you were walking around you had to watch out or they would run over you. Apparently they were giving wine with the buffet but they didn’t tell us till we were done eating. I should have known something was wrong when the called and tried to get me to come on earlier than our reservation like they wanted to leave early. I will never go here again.
Pacci is great, but honestly not where I would go for a “good Italian meal” it’s more of the “modern Italian” category. What they really do well is drinks! I’ve come here a few times and my favorite times have been when I just go for cocktails! I recently went and saw that they now carry the locally-made 1970 vodka and they have signature cocktails with it too!! Ask for the “1970 Something” it’s off-menu
Went on a double date here and had a lovely time. Ordered the she crab -amazing. The Brussel sprouts? Uh wicked good. Like why Brussel sprouts? I don't know but do it. Drinks are delish too. House made cola. Just do yourself and your significant other a favor and do it - eat or what have you.
