This location has the worst customer service every! The workers are outside smoking cigarettes my food was cold and drinks had bugs floating in it. I would never eat from there again and don't recommend it to no one else !
Services are usually good , however this particular time I would have to say otherwise. The order was correct but took about 10-15 minutes while other customers behind me got their orders faster. Not only that , my milkshake had a hole in the bottom of the cup as well. Not to mention that the cashier wasn’t capable of making 2 separate orders , something I do all the time. I don’t blame the entire staff as I go here pretty often. But if a heavyset African-American fellow is handling the drive thru, just check up on your order and be ready to be told he can’t do separate orders for you.
Better then yesterday i waited so long i went some where else. Tonight they was gaving refills and free food to friends it had to be the managers friends because she was setting out there with them i need to be on the friend list i would love to get free food 2 ... : )
Food is subpar, drinks are good. Master Blasts aren't mixed well ever. Corn dogs are over cooked in old oil.
The food was as good as to be expected for Sonic but the service was great! They were quick, attentive, and patient and we were even sitting at the tables!
