When I go to a fast food place, I honestly don't expect much when it comes to customer service. It would just be a let down. BUT, this Arby's has the best customer service I've ever received, both drive thru and inside. Multiple employees here are super friendly, and I work nearby so I have encountered this on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!
For a fast food place, this was one of the nicer Arby's I have been in. I was impressed with the service by the staff. Quick and polite with a personality.
It took three visits to get my order correct today. Yesterday the service and the food was great. After the third visit and a free meal comb I could not in joy my meal. The Sandwich was good but service was shady.
This is the best Arbys around. Always good food and friendly people.
