Savannah finally has some Seoul!
KOREA Garden BBQ catered Chapel by the Sea dinner and we were privileged to experience the wonderful cuisines. I was amazed ant the flavor and delicious dishes I had the pleasure of tasting. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Savannah.
This place is a legit, Korean BBQ!! They even have the BBQ grills so that you can sit at your own table and grill. Everything was delicious beef brisket, pork belly, and the spicy (not so spicy but very flavorful and savory) chicken. Sides were excellent, with refills on anything that we needed more of. Service was very good too! I'm so happy to see a new family / management taking over that knows how to run a quality restaurant and even happier that Savannah now has a Korean BBQ!!!
Great place to eat Korean BBQ at. You have the option to eat at a grill to cook your own meat or to just sit at a table and order the meat already cooked. The food was great! Comes with rice and lettuce. The bathrooms are well maintained and so is the rest of the place. The staff are extremely nice and checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok Overall 5/5 for the food and the restaurant, but the only reason I would give it a 4 is because it is a little pricey.
I was very impressed with this place. The food seemed authentic and the server was sweet and friendly. True to tradition (I found out later), the food didn't even come with a fork or knife!!! Food is somewhat expensive but you get what you pay for. LOTS of food! And very good! Disappointed to see that it wasn't more crowded in there!
The Short Rib soup was delicious! So yummy! My waiter Jay was so nice and friendly. Will definitely come back.
