We ask about 3 helpers for help. They all did it so nicely and was very willingly. There was a manager who came around twice seeing if we were getting whatever we wanted or needed. The person who took our order was very pleasant. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant and peaceful. The ice cream was a good idea too.
I have eaten at this Jason's a dozen times over the last 9 months. I have seen a slight change for the better over the months. I eat at Jason's regularly in other cities and this is by far the worst location. Every time I have gone in there are a number of dirty tables, employees tend to socialize and not pay attention to the dining room needs. The one constant is the salad bar is always maintained. Managers work hard at every Jason's location but particularly in Savannah. They seem to be doing many things that the slack employees should be doing. As disappointing as it is, I always come back.
The manager here is amazing. My partner and I went in once and we could tell that new employees were being trained. We both ordered soups and sandwiches but our soups never seemed to come out. Both I and my partner got up once to check. We were slightly frustrated but understood that they were understaffed and training someone new. At some point, the manager came over, apologized and stated that our soups not coming out on time was unacceptable and that he would fix our bill. We assumed he would just remove the soups from the bill but when he brought our receipt to us he had comped the ENTIRE meal! We couldn't believe it and we never complained. I call that amazing customer service and we have dined here several times since, with the same level of service. Food is always good and their salad bar is AMAZING.
Tried this place for the first time today. Grilled cheese was like eating two pieces of bread but the tomato soup was really good. Husband liked his sub but not the chips. Took almost 30 mins to get our food. Good price though and the salad bar looks delicious. Also clean and they have a nice staff.
Deliciously fresh deli food always takes the edge off of a crummy day. I have yet to find a deli that has as many options with superior taste. Employees and managers visit every table to make sure your meal is perfect, they'll even take your empty plates. There's always plenty of seating. Free ice cream is always great too.
